Sébastien Michaud has led Morzine Immobilier since 2008, continuing the legacy of a family agency established in 1987. With deep roots in the region and over 15 years at the helm of the business, he brings continuity, discretion, and strategic oversight to the firm’s operations.
A recognised property professional within the local market, Sébastien is regularly appointed to provide independent valuation advice in the context of family partitions, inheritances, donations, and wealth tax (IFI) assessments. His role often involves close collaboration with notaries, legal advisers, and financial consultants, ensuring that clients receive considered and well-structured guidance.
He also advises on the structuring and commercialisation of new residential developments and off-plan sales (VEFA). From early-stage project planning through to market launch, Sébastien works alongside developers and investors to ensure coherent positioning, financial viability, and long-term asset quality.
His approach is defined by measured advice, in-depth local knowledge, and a long-standing commitment to the Morzine property market.

Paul Watts brings over 17 years of senior real estate experience in London to his role at Morzine Immobilier. After studying real estate at university, he became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and built his career with some of the UK’s most respected property firms.
During his time in London, Paul became a Partner at a leading firm, where he led high-performing sales and investment teams and specialised in large-scale commercial and residential development projects. This experience provided him with extensive expertise in valuation, strategic investment advice, and project delivery, forming a strong commercial and analytical foundation for his work in the Alpine property market.
Having lived in Morzine for over 16 years, Paul has worked alongside Sébastien Michaud throughout this period, playing a key role in the continued growth and development of Morzine Immobilier. Together, they have strengthened the agency’s position as a leading specialist in luxury property, new-build developments, and investment advisory within the Portes du Soleil.
Paul combines international property expertise with exceptional local market knowledge, advising clients on luxury acquisitions, renovation projects, and new-build developments. His detailed understanding of value, development potential, and market dynamics enables him to provide clear, strategic guidance to both private buyers and investors.
Away from advising clients, Paul is passionate about Alpine life and endurance sport. He is often found on the golf course or training for his next Ironman event.

Noémie Duby joined Morzine Immobilier in August 2024 and is developing her career within the agency’s sales department. She initially began working within the rental team, gaining valuable insight into the local property market and client service before moving into the sales team in early 2025.
Working closely alongside Sébastien Michaud, Fabien, Paul Watts, and Elodie, Noémie is gaining comprehensive experience across all aspects of residential property sales. Her role focuses particularly on supporting the administrative and organisational processes that ensure transactions are managed efficiently and smoothly for both buyers and sellers.
Following several years of academic study and professional experience in administrative management and human resources, Noémie brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to her work. Her enthusiasm, reliability, and commitment to delivering high standards of service allow her to play an important supporting role within the sales team.

Senior Property Advisor
Fabien Lelong brings a strong foundation of legal expertise and operational leadership to his role as Senior Property Advisor at Morzine Immobilier. After completing specialised higher education in real estate law, he developed an in-depth understanding of the legal and structural frameworks underpinning the property sector.
Fabien spent over 10 years with a leading national real estate group, where he managed a co-ownership department overseeing a substantial portfolio of more than 30,000 main lots in the Paris region. In this senior role, he led teams, supervised complex property matters, and refined his expertise in management, negotiation, and the resolution of intricate real estate challenges.
Drawn by his long-standing appreciation for the mountains — and for Morzine in particular — Fabien chose to bring his experience to the Alps. The resort’s exceptional natural environment and quality of life, combined with the opportunity to join a respected and well-established family agency, represented a natural progression in both his professional and personal journey.
