Weekly rentals

We aim to provide you with a strong rental returns with minimal participation on your part. We will make this process as effortless as possible for you.  We undertake

  • All cleaning
  • Arrange for key handovers directly with your client
  • Deposit taken from client
  • All legal paperwork
  • Transferring monies into your account

In order that your guests enjoy their stay with the minimal amount of organisation we will also undertake to arrange:

  • Airport transfers at discounted rates
  • Prebooking for ski passes to avoid the queues enabling clients to hit the slopes straight away
  • Ski equipment at preferential rates.

Yearly Rentals

It may be the case that you would like to undertake a yearly rental for your property.

There are 3 main aspects of yearly rentals:

  3. Assurance of the best earning capacity

Security

  • Search for and selection of the most reliable applicants
  • Careful verification of the information in their files
  • Require joint surety where necessary
  • Drawing up of leases in compliance with legislation in force
  • Prepare inventories
  • Verify the insurance of the rented property

Comfort

  • Collection and follow-up of rents and charges and follow-up of payments
  • Drawing up estimates for any eventual work
  • Owner immediately informed in the event of tenant departure
  • All procedures taken care of and all payments transferred
  • At the end of the year, drawing up of tax documents for your income tax return
  • Payment and follow-up of charges with co-owners´ associations

We are helping a number or clients with new build projects.  It may be the case that you are looking for land to build your dream mountain retreat but think it would be an uphill battle or can’t afford the time.  We appreciate your busy schedule, with our experience in development and contacts within the local construction market we can help you every step of the way.

We are currently involved in new build log cabins so can offer you helpful advice if this is your preferred route.
